Progress Update – Riverfront Estate Living
Paladin Projects are making great progress on the highly anticipated Riverfront Estate Living Stage 2 development, situated along the picturesque South Pine River.
Recent updates from Paladin Projects reveal significant milestones in the construction process:
Both levels of frames and roof trusses have been successfully installed for all Grove and Macadamia Series homes on the East, as well as for all Riverfront Series residences facing North.
The upper-level framing has commenced for the Residences Series.
Slab pouring will commence in two weeks for the Macadamia Series on the West and Signature Series. Currently, all under-slab works are in play specific to plumbing and electrical infrastructure.
Roof sheeting to commence on the Grove, Macadamia East, and Riverfront Series next.
With everything proceeding as planned, we anticipate that stage 2 will be ready for settlement by the first quarter of 2025, promising future residents a blend of natural beauty and modern living.
