Riverfront awarded special mention in prestigious Architizer Awards

Just months after being awarded the EarthCheck Design certification for sustainable development initiatives, Riverfront has received another impressive honor at the Architizer A+ Awards.

The Architizer A+ Awards is the largest global awards program focused on promoting and celebrating the year’s best architecture.

Riverfront was awarded a Special Mention in the Unbuilt - Private House (S <3000 sq ft) category; a significant achievement in view of the thousands of projects that were submitted for the Architizer A+ Awards, of which, less than 5% were chosen as Special Mention honorees.

The acknowledgment identifies the delivery team led by Developer Lucindale as industry leaders for architecture and design. The award further recognises Riverfront’s vision to deliver meaningful design and create positive impact on everyday life.

This significant achievement comes off the back of another notable accreditation for the team at Lucindale. Earlier this year Riverfront was awarded the EarthCheck Design certification based upon key sustainable initiatives implemented in each home equating to quantifiable savings per annum.
