Motivated by aspirations of easier living, our next move to Riverfront in Albany Creek is a lifestyle and upgrading decision. We’re poised for property enjoyment over property maintenance.

To be lured from our much-adored large and private north Brisbane house, any terrace-home development worth considering had to meet our intricate list of prerequisites. We spend considerable time in our family home. It’s our sanctuary where we relax, exercise, dine, entertain, re-energise & reflect on the life we’ve made with our now university-age children.

Riverfront ticks our boxes for a stylish, quiet, luxe 4-bedroom property with access to resort-style outdoor recreation amenities, wrapped in a zero-to-low maintenance package.

However, the notion of ‘space’—this is the unique luxury that was most compelling in our Riverfront purchase. Riverfront’s stand-out differentiator is its sprawling expanse of semi-private, waters-edge land. With every expected contemporary amenity and comfort considered inside, our outlook will be to open sky and green space. Capacity to ‘roam free’ on maintained acreage at our doorstep: it’s unmatchable! For our family (including our dog) to experience a sense of freedom among what will be a higher density dwelling than we are used to, is rare and something we highly value in the development.

Lush vegetation interspersed with community gardens and curated flat spaces will offer us a variety of walking trails as well as private enclaves for rejuvenating exercise. We also won’t wait years for the site to return to green following construction; most of the landscape will be preserved, which is an important consideration when settling-in time comes.
